:: MOTORCYCLE VISOR INSERT
With the RA aftermarket motorcycle insert your helmet visor can adapt as fast as the lighting conditions change throughout your ride. Utilizing AlphaMicron's e-Tint technology an aftermarket insert attaches directly to your existing visor. A small rechargeable electronics housing is attached to your visor, and with the connection of this housing to the insert your visor tint can be changed with the touch of a button.
This insert will be available summer/fall 2009. It is also currently being designed for several OEM helmet manufacturers.
:: AUTO-DIMMING MIRRORS
AlphaMicron tailored its Digital Lens liquid crystal eyewear technology for use with vehicle mirrors. These Digital Mirrors filter out unwanted blue reflected light, maximizing the driver's visual acuity while eliminating glare.
Alphamirror, Inc., an Ohio-based joint venture between AlphaMicron and Elbit Systems Ltd., was founded in 2005 to pursue commercial development of Digital Mirror applications in the automotive and motorcycle industries.
